"Metric Double Containment Piping" Library
The Metric Double Containment Piping library offers a comprehensive system for the transport of hazardous fluids. The system combines the chemical resistance of an inner pipe with the additional safety of a containment pipe. The library contains the systems PP, PVDF or ECTFE for the inner piping, all protected by the outer pipe made of PE.
Library Contents
Pipes:
Sizes from D50-d20 mm to D315-d225 mm (PP-H & PVDF).
Sizes from D50-d20 mm to D160-d110 mm (ECTFE).
Fittings:
45° and 90° elbows.
90° tees.
Reducers (Assemblies).
Mechanical Separation.
Endfitting.

Electrofusion coupler.
Key Features of the System PP-H in PE
Material: Polypropylene Homopolymer (PP-H) in grey color.
Nominal Pressure: PN10.
Temperature Range: Operates effectively between 0°C and +80°C.
Key Features of the System PVDF in PE
Material: PVDF, corrosion-free and designed for long-term durability.
Nominal Pressure: PN10 and PN 16.
Temperature Range: Operates effectively between -20°C and +140°C.
Key Features of the System ECTFE in PE
Material: ECTFE, corrosion-free and designed for long-term durability.
Nominal Pressure: PN10.
Temperature Range: Operates effectively between -75°C and +130°C.
The library includes approximately 340 elements and requires the "3skeng Pipe" tool for utilization.
